The 4th graders have worked hard all year to learn a unique states and capitals song. We would love to honor their hard work by recording them performing this and post the video on YouTube for all to see! This is a completely voluntary activity and those who do not wish to participate do not have to. We will need a parental signature on the form below stating your child is allowed to participate. Please sign and return by June 4th. Those who do not return a signed permission slip will not be allowed to participate.
