RECOMMENDATION: / The Executive Director recommends the following resolution:
RESOLVED that, the following rules are referred to public comment for consideration by the Commission at the
November 6, 2014 meeting.
INFORMATION: / This resolution proposes fifteen (15) rules for public comment. All the proposed rules involve amendments to current rules: no new rules or repeal of rules are proposed. Four of the proposed rules are also filed as temporary rules as the amendments to these rules require immediate implementation.
The public comment period for these proposed rules will be opened from September 1, 2014 to November 6, 2014, ending during the first day of the November commission meeting to allow for public comment from audience members. The fifteen (15) proposed rules are listed below. The Administrative Rule Summary is linked to each rule.
