STUDIO EQUITTE AND POLICIES
· There must be at least 6 students enrolled in a class by the second week of classes in order for a class to continue. The following are class limits for enrollments:
o 2.5 - 3 year olds – 10
o 3 - 4 year olds - 12
o 4 – 5 year olds – 15
o Kindergarten – 15
o 6 year olds – 15
o Beginner Acrobatics – 15
o 7 – 8 year olds – 20
o Advanced Acrobatics - 20
o 9 – 13 year olds – Beginner Tweens – 20
o 9 – 10 year olds – 20
o 11 – 13 year olds – 20
· Please mark all your dancer’s dance items with their names. Studio 150 is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
· Studio:
o NO chewing gum
o NO food
o NO street shoes
o Water bottles are permitted
· Attendance:
o Dancers are expected to attend all regularly scheduled lessons.
o If a dancer misses a lesson, please reach out to the dancer’s teacher for the appropriate class to take to make it up. The missed class must be made up by the end of the quarter.
§ There are no refunds for missed classes
o Dancers should try not to be more than 15 minutes late for class. If you are late, please enter the dance studio between combinations when the music has stopped. Please try and be on time to pick up your child after class
· Canceled Classes:
o When lessons need to be canceled due to adverse weather conditions, an E-Mail will go out to parents.
o Arrangements will be made for students to make up the canceled lesson.
