Student School Supply List 2017-2018

Fall Supply List

Students are required to have all the following school supplies on the first day of school. Supplies should be readily found at local discount or office supply stores. *Please note that some of the materials below will be collected in August by advisors so that they can be used as class sets throughout the school year.

Paper/Folders

· 2 Two-pocket folders (preferably plastic to last longer)

· 2 three ring binders

· 1 Package of 8 tab dividers

· 3 reams of copy/printer paper

Pens/Pencils/Markers

· 1 pencil bag/box

· 6 boxes of no. 2 pencils*

· 2 Dry Erase Markers*

· 3 Highlighters (different colors)

· 1 set of colored pencils or markers

Other

· 4 Packages of Sticky-Notes in different colors

· 1 Backpack

· 1 Laptop case separate from backpack
(7th grade laptop dimensions= 11.81"W x 8.5"D x 0.87"H)

· 4 Boxes of Kleenex

· 1 Clorox wipes/sanitizing wipes

(Additional supplies may be requested by specific teachers in specific courses during the school year.)

Donation Wish List 2017-18

If you are able to donate any of the items below, your donation will be greatly appreciated. (Not Required Supplies)

Below you will find a “Wish List”. These are items that we would appreciate that families donate to DSST: Conservatory Green for usage throughout the school year for the classrooms and students. If it is possible for your family to donate any of the items, please feel free to bring them to DSST at your convenience.

General Wish List Items

· Pencils + pens

· Extra 8 tab divider packs

· Markers

· Backpacks

· Teen appropriate books for DSST Student Library

· Dry-erase markers + erasers

· 3M (or off brand) poster strips

· Reams of colored paper (8.5 x11) – various colors

Science Lab Wish List Items

· Bags (sandwich, zip lock)

· Batteries (all kinds: AA, AAA, C, D)

· Boxes of Latex and/or Nitrate Gloves

· Packages of Wrapped Straws

· Boxes of Wax Paper

· Box of Baking Soda

· Bottle of Vinegar

· Plastic or paper cups portion cups

· Large kebab sticks

· Cleaning supplies

· Boxes of Toothpicks
