Student Exit Plan and Re-Entrance Plan for SPARTAN Success (Check in/Check out)

SPARTAN Success goal setting details:

SPARTAN Success is not a lifetime assignment for students. The goal is to transition students back to Tier 1 as quickly as possible while still meeting the behavioral/and or academic expectations of Lincoln East High School.

Every SPARTAN Success student will have a daily goal. The goal is a percentage of the possible points that the student can earn each day. Every student will start with a daily goal of 60%, unless otherwise noted. The weekly goal for every student will be 80%, unless otherwise noted. The weekly goal is calculated by the number of days they met their goal that week, divided by, the total number of days in the week. For most weeks this will be 4 out of 5 days. If the week has less than 5 days, then the case manager can use their discretion to decide if the student met their weekly goal.

MET weekly goal:

The weekly goal is always 80%, unless otherwise noted. The weekly goal is calculated by the number of days the student met their goal that week, divided by, the total number of days in the week. When the student meets their weekly goal they will move to the next “Daily Goal Level” for the following week. Please notify Casey Fries at cfries @lps.org when a student has completed the “SPARTAN Success Cycle.”
