Steven P. Graham, CPA, Partner

Education

Mr. Graham received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in accounting from the University of Michigan. Mr. Graham met all educational, testing, and experience requirements to be licensed and was licensed in 1985 by the Secretary of State of Georgia to practice as a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Graham participates in excess of forty hours annually of continuing professional education in areas pertinent to his professional practice.

Firm Standing

Mr. Graham joined Schell and Hogan, LLP, upon graduation in 1983, and was admitted as a partner in 1993. Mr. Graham currently has responsibilities in both the tax and auditing departments.

Experience

Mr. Graham has worked primarily as part of the firm's tax staff since 1987. In addition to being an integral part of the firm's tax staff, Mr. Graham also has worked extensively as part of the firm's audit staff. Mr. Graham has extensive experience in auditing governmental organizations and hospitals, and also has accounting and auditing experience with financial institutions, employee health and welfare funds, construction contractors, motels, and other regulated industries. Mr. Graham has audited compliance with programs assisted by the Georgia Department of Human Resources and Federal Departments of: Health and Human Resources, Housing and Urban Development, Agriculture and Treasury.

Mr. Graham is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants.
