REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

External Ductwork

The St. Charles City-County Library District is seeking proposals for tear out and replacement of external ductwork for two roof top HVAC units. This project includes tear out and disposal of existing ductwork as well as fabrication and install of new galvanized systems with internal insulation and water seal.

The District reserves the right to waive any irregularities in the proposal process and to choose the vendor in the best interest of the District regardless of price.

Proposals shall be opened in a public bid opening at the District’s Administration Offices, 77 Boone Hills Drive, St. Peters, MO 63376 at 3:00 pm, Wednesday, March 9, 2016.
