*Sponsors/exhibitors may add-on additional complimentary Congress registrations for additional delegates from the same company at a reduced rate. This offer is only available at the time the sponsorship/exhibitor confirmation form is submitted to CSTA. This special rate is not available after the fact and any additional sponsor/exhibitor reps that decide to attend the Congress at a later date will be required to register on-line as a delegate and pay current Congress rates. Note that sponsors/exhibitors of SEC have a unique registration process & details will be communicated to sponsors & exhibitors upon confirmation of participation.

THE FINE PRINT

Sponsors and exhibitors may confirm their participation at SEC 2016 only OR at both SEC 2016 and SEC 2017 (as

indicated). To confirm your participation at SEC, please complete the confirmation form (posted on CSTA’s website) and

return it to Krista Benoit, Director of Marketing & Events by fax (819-682-9669) or by email at: .

A limited number of spots are available and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Returning sponsors have first priority and will have first choice of the options available.

Fees & Benefits

Sponsorship fees and benefits associated with each package are outlined in the chart on page 12 in the sponsorship prospectus and are subject

to change from year to year.

Sponsors who commit to participate in both the 2016 and 2017 events will reserve their preferred sponsorship position for both events and save on sponsorship fees. For the two-year commitment, payment can be made in two instalments (year one in January 2016 and year two in January 2017) or in one lump sum in 2016. No refunds or credits for packages not utilized in year two.

Sponsorship fees are invoiced and payable by cheque or credit card at least one month in advance of the Congress. Failure to pay fees in accordance with CSTA’s payment policy may result in your sponsorship position or booth space being reassigned.

Unauthorized Activities

Only those who are supporting the cost of executing Sport Events Congress through the payment of registration

fees or sponsorship fees are permitted to conduct business at the event or at official SEC functions. The generosity and support of sponsors of official Sport Events Congress functions shall not be abused in that no unauthorized persons not affiliated with SEC or the CSTA will be permitted to attend any hospitality events or any other activity. Furthermore, any events or activities being conducted at the Congress venue or off-site are not permitted to be staged during the hours in which an official Sport Events Congress activity is scheduled. Please consult the official Schedule of Events. Organizations violating this rule may be suspended from participating in next year’s event. Infractions of any of these policies may affect the ability of organizations and/or individuals to continue their participation at Sport Events Congress in the future.
