Non-Palletized Shipment Charges
Prices intended for shipments that exceed our standard package delivery. Each piece charged separate, based on individual dimensions. Additional charges that may apply will be charged $15 for each piece. Each piece must be labeled individually.

Per Foot Charges
Prices intended for lighter / larger boxes such as filters or minnow buckets. The minimum charge is 2 feet with the maximum weight being 500 pounds per foot. Each piece must be labeled individually. Excludes auto body parts. Additional charges that may apply will be charged $15 for the first 2 feet and $7.50 for each additional foot.

LTL Guidelines/Additional Charges
Per Pallet Maximums
-Cannot exceed 96’’ in height
-Cannot exceed 5,000 pounds
-If a lift gate is required a pallet cannot exceed 2,600 pounds and pallet cannot exceed 4’ x 6’
-Must be movable with a standard pallet jack
-Hazardous materials limited to 200 pounds per shipment. Only one shipment per day.
-Declared value cannot exceed $5,000 per pallet (see charges below)

-150 pounds per piece (any piece over 100 pounds must have a second person for loading and unloading)
-Maximum length is 20’
-Maximum weight on a per foot charge is 500 pounds per foot of trailer space
Additional Charges per Pallet Position
· If pallets exceed 48” in length or width the price is determined by the pallet position it utilizes in
2 foot increments. Please contact an LTL Representative for an estimate.
· Lift gate required – Needing a lift gate service at pick-up or delivery location $15.00 (per location)
· Hand load – Driver needing to hand load shipment $15.00
· Hand unload – Driver needing to hand unload shipment $15.00
· Residential pick-up $15.00 (if location does not have an entrance open to the public)
· Residential delivery $15.00 (if location does not have an entrance open to the public)
· Reconsignment fee – A change in the place of delivery $15.00
· Scheduled delivery – Appointment needed or a 2 hour or less window for delivery $15.00
· Scheduled pick-up – Appointment needed or a 2 hour or less window for pick-up $15.00
· Forwarding fee – When origin, destination, or third party is a transportation company $15.00
· Special equipment required – If facility requires a special size vehicle for pick-up or delivery $15.00
· COD – Collecting payment from customer for products $15.00 (charges based upon number of COD’s collected)
· Hazardous materials – Limited to 200 pounds per shipment. Only one shipment per day $15.00
· Address correction - $15.00
· Destination Surcharge – Delivering to North Dakota ZIP Codes 586, 587, 588 $15.00
· Blind Shipment - $15.00 (charges based upon number of blind locations)
· Failed Pick-up Attempt – $15.00 (when product has been scheduled for pick up and it is not ready or released by the shipper for whatever reason)
· Island Ferry Fee - $5.00 per hundred pounds or fraction thereof
· Overweight charges – For pallets weighing 2,001 - 5,000 pounds apiece. Rate of increase per hundred pounds shown below:

· Declared value – Shipments requiring a declared value greater than $100 must be clearly identified on the BOL. If no declared value is purchased the maximum claim paid out will be $100 per pallet or per shipment. Charges are 70 cents for each additional $100 or fraction thereof with a $2.10 minimum.
o Palletized – Maximum declared value is $5,000 per pallet
o Non-Palletized – Maximum declared value is $5,000 per shipment
· Applicable LTL fuel surcharge is added to the cost of the entire shipment
