South Dakota Society for Human Resource Management State Conference
This premiere event gives you and your company that ace-in-the-hole advantage when it comes to connecting with over 200 human resource professionals from across the state and beyond. The vendor booths will be located in the ballroom and throughout the conference center foyer. Booths will be open from 10 am – 6 pm on Thursday, May 19th with a reception in the vendor area from 4:30pm to 5:30pm. Scheduled breaks during the day to visit the vendor booths are also planned. There will be a Social on Wednesday evening that all vendors will be invited to. Vendors are not required to stay for Friday morning.
Vendor registration is $300. Each vendor will be provided one six foot table, two chairs, inclusion on a vendor list provided to conference participants, and two lunches. Additional tickets for lunch may be purchased for $15 each.
There are 10 conference center foyer area booths available for an extra $50. The foyer area will be where the conference participants register and walk by on the way to any of the meeting rooms. It is a high traffic area.
Poker Run – Drive more participants to your booth by being part of the poker run. All conference participants will be playing for prizes by picking up playing cards at stops around the event. Cost is only $50 to be one of the stops.
Registration deadline is April 1st, 2011. Space is limited so be sure to register early as booths will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.

Ace Level $2,500 or more
Sponsorship opportunities under this level include the Speakers, Wednesday evening’s social, or Thursday evening’s banquet.
Recognition includes: Opportunity to give welcome at the sponsored event and brief business intro, sponsor board with company name and logo displayed at the sponsored event, website link throughout 2011, throughout all conference materials and signage.
King Level $1,500 - $2,499
Sponsorship opportunities under this level include Friday morning’s breakfast, Thursday’s lunch, or attendee gifts.
Recognition includes: Announcement at the beginning of the sponsored event, sponsor board with company name and logo displayed at the sponsored event, website link throughout 2011, throughout all conference materials and signage.
Queen Level $750 - $1499
Sponsorship opportunities under this level include morning or afternoon breaks on Thursday and Friday, or the conference binders.
Recognition includes: Announcement, sponsor board with company name and logo displayed if sponsoring a break, logo on sponsored materials, logo throughout all conference materials and signage.
Jack Level $500 - $749
This level will receive logo recognition throughout all conference materials and signage.
Booth & Sponsorship Registration Form
Payments must be included with your registration form. Upon receipt of your registration and payment, you will receive a letter with details of the event. Cancellations prior to April 1st will receive a $150 refund. Cancellations after April 1st forfeit the registration fee.
Door Prizes and Giveaways
Please consider a gift donation to be given away as one of the many drawings offered throughout the conference. You may set up an area for the drawing at your booth. You will be recognized for this gift when it is awarded during the Thursday night banquet. If you will not be present for the drawing at the banquet, the gift and entries must be left with a member of the conference committee, as winners must be present at the banquet to win.
Promotional Materials
In order to provide recognition of your sponsorship in our conference materials, please provide an electronic copy of your logo, short description of your company, and contact information to be included in the conference materials.
