Shula Morgan grew up in Ashland, Or. She came from a musical family and sang for churches, American Legion, Senior Citizens, Elks and Kiwanis clubs from the age of 7.

She earned an Associate arts degree in music and has been teaching piano, voice and guitar for over 25 years.

Shula and her late husband Franklin Jonez performed all over the Rouge Valley both as a duo and in large bands. They were instrumental in starting the Southern Oregon Songwriters Association, and have written a combined amount of songs of about 200.

Shula now plays with "Soul Reflections' and has a duo with Diana Roarty named 'Reminisce" and plays at retirement homes, who request them over and over due to their amazing harmonies and upbeat, loved old tunes.
