Senior Prom Ticket Purchase Process
· The Senior Prom will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2016 from 6:30 PM until 11:00 PM at the Concordville Inn.
· Tickets will be on sale during the following times:
o April 22, 2016 – April 28, 2016 during C lunch ONLY
o Tickets cannot be purchased after April 28th, so if you are unable to purchase tickets during the time frame listed above, you must see Mrs. Ludwig AHEAD OF TIME if you want to attend the prom.
· Ticket prices will be $45 a person, or $90 a couple. Cash or checks are accepted. Checks must be written out to Rose Tree Media School District.
· You will be given a form during your language arts class. PLEASE SAVE THIS FORM!!! In order to purchase tickets, you must present this form. If the form indicates that any requirements are not complete or any obligations are owed, you will NOT be permitted to buy prom tickets at that time. Plan ahead!!!!!
***Please Note
o Any library or cafeteria obligations will be checked at the table during the sale of the tickets. Any students owing obligations to the cafeteria or library will NOT be sold tickets until the obligation is reconciled.
· Guest Forms
o If you are bringing a guest who does not attend Penncrest High School, you will need to submit a guest form. Forms are available on the PHS website (under Resources). Please be sure to print and sign the correct form – there is a form for a guest who is a student at another high school, and a different form for a guest who has graduated high school.
o Guest forms must be completed and signed by all parties (INCLUDING GRADE LEVEL ADMINISTRATOR) no later than Wednesday, May 4th.
· Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. If you want to sit together, buy your tickets together. But remember, if you are buying a ticket for your friend, their obligations and requirements must be completed, or you will not be able to purchase tickets for them. Seats will not be saved!
· Each table seats 12 people.
· Forms with information for professional pictures will be given to students as they purchase their prom tickets. That same information is available on the Senior Class link of Mrs. Ludwig’s website. Students are encouraged to pay with a check if possible, and checks can be made out to Lifetouch Pictures.
