Scripts For Edifying your Team Leaders (In Person & On 3-Way Calls)

In networking terms, edifying another person shines a 10,000 watt spotlight on him/her, which reflects doubly back on you. People will naturally want to be around you when you edify others. Edify a person when you are introducing them and give reasons as to why they should connect. Edify by highlighting their skills, business or good qualities.

The easiest way to edify is to:

1. Emphasize their achievements and experience within the organization.

2. Point out their success and other business areas of life.

3. Identify specific individuals that they personally helped within the group.

4. Mention their accomplishments in your company. You can also

Increase their teaching effectiveness by relating a personal story about how the speaker has in person or through one of their lessons helped you achieve a goal.
