KENILWORTH ELEMENTARY SCHOOL – SUPPLY LIST FOR 2012-2013

Kindergarten

Required Items:

· Backpack with zippers and drawstrings but NO WHEELS, large enough to carry all work and notes back and forth to school.

· 1 pair scissors (Fiskars – blunt tip)

· 1 pack of 8 Crayola TWISTABLES crayons – standard colors (NO Extreme Colors) with no erasers (Miss Harris)

· 1 pack of 8 standard Crayola crayons (Mrs. Donovan and Mrs. Mastandrea)

· 1 4 oz. bottle of white Elmer’s glue

· 2 packs standard #2 pencils

· 2 1-inch hard plastic three ring binders

Requested Donations:

· liquid hand sanitizer

· zip lock bags (assorted sizes)

First Grade

Required Items:

· 4 large, fat glue sticks

· 2 pocket folders

· 1 large, sturdy, zippered pencil pouch (no boxes)

· 1 pair scissors (Fiskars – age appropriate)

· 2 packs of 24 crayons (no Twistables)

· 2 dozen #2 pencils

· 4 (low-odor) Dry-erase markers

· 4 black and white marble composition books (100 page count)

Second Grade

Required Items:

· 2 pocket folders (bottom pockets, not side-pocket folders)

· 1 sturdy, large, plastic zippered pencil pouch (no boxes please) with name

· 24 #2 pencils

· 2 boxes of colored pencils

· 2 boxes of crayons – 16 regular colors

· scissors (Fiskars pointed)

· 4 glue sticks

· 6 yellow highlighters

· 6 black and white, marble composition books

· 4 red pens

· 2 packages of Post-it Notes
