SYLVESTER CAIN 12 Nov 1942- 10 May 2007

Sylvester Cain VAIDEN - Funeral services for Sylvester Cain, 64, of Vaiden, will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Vaiden Haven United Methodist Church.

Mr. Cain died of a stroke Thursday, May 10, 2007, at University Medical Center in Jackson. He was a truck driver, and was a member of Vaiden Haven United Methodist Church.

He is survived by three daughters, Mary Lofton of Vaiden and Classy Cain and Andrea Cain, both of Milwaukee, Wis.; two sons, Sylvester Cain Jr. of Milwaukee, and Chess Cain of Denver, Colo.; his mother, Allie Vance of Vaiden; four sisters, Juanita Flowers of Kilmichael, Patricia McKinney Jolly and Sharon McKinney Riley, both of Chicago Heights, Ill., and Priscilla McKinney of Park Forest, Ill.; three brothers, Marvell Vance of Winona and James Vance and Ervin Vance, both of Vaiden; 14 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

The Rev. Otis Fluker will officiate at the services. Burial will be in Vaiden City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. Saturday at Sanders & Sanders Funeral Home in Winona
