Old Business:
Stalls for judges- we discussed but when I reviewed the min we never officially said yes they get one for free or they needed to pay? It just said Jill will talk with Sam if he was bringing one? What do we want to do?
Per Shawn, Sam will be the only judge bringing a horse.
Mike MM we provide a stall for judges horse, Alicia 2nd it. Carried.
New Business:
Discussion on the letter that was sent to Dakota Rodeo Company and their response. They have assured they will use our card holders current and past who will ensure they buy their cards prior to working these rodeos.

Shawn suggested we table Triple B Rodeos until March as Scott wants to bring forward using Midwest rodeo Entries system for their entries to the board to ensure the board is ok with using this as it is a $4 entry per person. Scott did express there is no budging on entries, so people may not get what they want when entering.
