“THE IOWA CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION CONFERENCE” is designed as a common ground, evidence-based high quality Continuing Medical Education opportunity. This program will bring together expert faculty to address specific and relevant “Best Practice Initiatives.”

The conference location on the island of Maui, will offer fascinating sights, spectacular natural beauty, Hawaiian History, beautiful beaches, Manta rays, sea turtles and a popular destination for Medical Education opportunities.

CONFERENCE PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

This nine-day conference agenda is yet to be finalized. Subject material presented by attending physicians will focus on current health related issues, trends practiced and professional challenges facing today’s physicians.

The Clinical Medical Education categories to be addressed in this year’s conference will include: The practice of Family Medicine in a rapidly changing world along with specialty medicine subjects pertaining to: Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Cardiology, Psychiatry, Urology, Women’s Health Issues, Canadian Medicine, Emergency Medicine
