1. Toyota Rewards points are earned by making qualified purchases of products/services at Jerry's Toyota.
2. You will earn 15% of all qualified purchases
a. 10% of the total dollars you spend on qualified (see #4) purchases will be awarded to discount the purchase of your next new or pre-owned vehicle from Jerry's Toyota.
b. 5% of the total dollars you spend on qualified purchases will be awarded to discount future service, parts and accessories for your vehicle.
· Maximum Service discount = 50% of the actual Service, Repair or Part purchase.
· Service Rewards MAY NOT be used with other specials or discounts.
3. Each point earned is equal to one dollar in award discounts, not to exceed $2,000 towards the purchase of a new or pre-owned vehicle from Jerry's Toyota.
4. Qualified purchases include retail parts, detail, service repairs, service maintenance, accessories, towing. Insurance Body Shop repairs, vehicle purchases, and wholesale parts are excluded. Points are earned on customer pay transactions only and Warranty repairs do not apply.
5. Members must present a valid keytag or membership card at time of purchase in order to accumulate points. Your total points standings may be accessed at www.MyToyotaPage.com or a manager may look up your recent balance for you.
6. When redeeming points towards a new or pre-owned Toyota or in service/parts, members must provide their barcode number to verify and confirm actual point balance.
7. Toyota Rewards points have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.
8. Toyota Rewards points are transferable to immediate family members.
9. Program points may not be transferred from account to account.
10. Membership cards/keytags remain the property of Jerry's Toyota and must be surrendered upon request.
11. Jerry's Toyota reserves the right to disqualify any person(s) from participation, if in their judgment any member violates the rules and regulations governing the program. Disqualification may result in termination of an individual's accumulated points.
12. Toyota Rewards points continue to accrue only if the member makes at least one qualified transaction within any 12-month period. Failure to make a qualified transaction within any 12-month period may cause membership to expire. In the event of membership expiration, earned points must be used within two years of membership expiration or points will be forfeited.
13. Toyota Rewards points may not be redeemed if you are in default under the terms and conditions of these rules or with regard to any obligation, which may be due to Jerry's Toyota.
14. Toyota Rewards points may not be bartered, brokered, or sold and may not be transferred upon death or domestic relations matter.
15. Determination of income or tax liability related to the participation in the program is the sole responsibility of the participating member. Neither the program, PIV/NET, nor Jerry's Toyota, make any representation as to the current or future tax consequences to the participating members as to the crediting, transfer, use, redemption or disposition of program earnings.
16. The Toyota Rewards program may be terminated or modified at any time without prior notice at the wishes of PIV/NET, Jerry's Toyota and/or Dealer Rewards, Inc. In the event of program termination, all members will have two years from date of termination to redeem all accrued points. Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
17. PIV/NET, Jerry's Toyota and Dealer Rewards, Inc. reserve the right to audit all accounts for compliance with these rules. In the event that an audit reveals discrepancies, the processing of program earnings may be delayed until such discrepancies are resolved. Jerry's Toyota reserves the right to make any and all decisions as to the validity of accrued points. All decisions are final.
18. Nothing in these rules or in the program shall be construed to establish an agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between PIV/NET, Jerry's Toyota, Dealer Rewards, Inc. or any other party. Dealer Rewards, Inc. is not responsible and assumes no liability for changes in or discontinuance of a dealer service, which may affect the program benefits.
19. PIV/NET, Jerry's Toyota and Dealer Rewards, Inc. reserve the right to change the program rules at any time without prior notice.
20. Where applicable, the benefits with any participating businesses are for immediate discount off of merchandise or service, and DO NOT accrue in customer earnings account. Please review printed materials or dealer website for specific offers, locations and limitations.
21. Limit one Toyota Rewards redemption per vehicle purchased.
22. Void where prohibited.
