Resco Products Names Doug Albert CEO

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, September 29, 2014 – Resco Products, Inc. today announced that Douglas Albert has been named President and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.

With this experience and his proven ability to drive profitable sales growth, Doug is the ideal person to lead the Company as it continues to grow and deliver for both its steel and industrial customers. “

Albert, 52, joins Resco after serving as President and CEO of Environmental Filtration Technologies, a global leader in air filtration and pollution control. At Environmental Filtration Technologies, he was responsible for materially improving sales and profitability while leading the full integration of several individual divisions. Prior to this, Mr. Albert spent seven years at GE Fanuc, ultimately serving as President and CEO of GE Fanuc Embedded Systems. At GE Fanuc, he was responsible for delivering double-digit organic revenue and operating profit growth, as well as leading and integrating several acquisitions. Earlier in his career, he held various leadership roles at Booz Allen & Hamilton and MTS Systems Corporation.

Mr. Albert earned his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and holds a Master of Engineering Management degree from Northwestern University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester.
