REQUIREMENT OF NEW CNG CASH VANS ON HIRE BASIS FOR CURRENCY CHEST OF CANARA BANK AT DELHI

Canara Bank, Premises & Estate Section, Circle Office, 7th Floor, 38 Nehru Place, New Delhi invites closed competitive quotations for availing the services of new CNG Cash Vans on monthly hire basis for their following Currency Chests:-

  1. DDU Marg Delhi.
  2. Rajouri Garden Delhi.
  3. Mayapuri Delhi.

The requirement in Cash Vans & terms & conditions of the Currency Chest will be as follows:-

  1. Each Currency Chest will require two Cash Vans.
  2. Banks is in requirement of new TATA 407 vehicles, which has to be modified as per requirement of bank.
  3. Necessary alteration in the vehicle such as iron collapsible gate, inside iron grill partitions, grill in windows etc as per requirement& specifications of the bank are to be provided in the vans from the security point of view by the company.
  4. The Vehicles have to be kept insured all the time and copies of valid insurance certificate have to be submitted in bank for records.
  5. The minimum run of cash van will be approx 2000 kms per month.
  6. The Van should be permitted by RTO for commercial usage.
  7. A Driver (with valid license to run commercial vehicle) and helper has to be provided with the vehicle.
  8. Police verification of both the persons has to be provided with the vehicle has to be produced.
  9. Driver should be provided with mobile and the same should be workable at all the time. Number of this mobile has to be provided to banks also.
  10. Vehicle has to be provided with GPS system.
  11. Van/Vans to be provided with Alarm System.
  12. Fire Extinguisher (ABC) type to be provided in Van/Vans.
  13. Minimum period of contract will be 3 years and no increase during the period will be provided.
  14. The company should be in position to provide substitute cash van in case of break down of cash van.
  15. The company should ensure that routine servicing of the vehicle is carried out for trouble free services by the company at their cost.
  16. Interested parties may send their offers clearly mentioning the hire charges for a minimum distance of 2000 kms per month, hire charges per kms will be paid thereafter for which company has to quote in their offer with due justification.
  17. The Sealed offer must reach in this office (address as below) on or before 24.09.2014, 3.00 pm.

18.  All interested parties to submit their proposal in 2 different envelop. Envelop 1 should super scribe technical bid with seal and signature of bidder as mark of acceptance of terms & conditions of Bank. Envelop 2 should super scribe financial bid and contain only financial bid.

19.  The technical offer will be opened on same day at 3.30 p.m in presence of all offers.

20.  In case no objections or additional clause are put by any party which needs clarifications in financial bid, opening will be done at the same time.

  1. The offers will be opened in front of offerers on the same day at 3.30 pm.
  2. The offer must accompany bank draft of Rs.10, 000.00 drawn in favour of Canara Bank Delhi as earnest money. The Earnest Money of unsuccessful tenderer will be refunded. The tenders without EMD will be summarily rejected.
  3. The bank reserves the right to reject any or all the offers without assigning any reasons what so ever.
