RESPONSE:
Context3 is committed to the design of thoughtful, well-crafted buildings which meet the needs of the client, the site, and the unique conditions of each project. We believe that architecture is the result of a thorough exploration of a project’s context. We believe that our designs should also improve the quality of that context.
Our design process begins by listening. We are dedicated to working closely with our clients to meet their unique goals and to understand their vision. Our architecture is a collaborative process – with the client, within our studio and with our building team. Our passion for design excellence and our unique technical expertise fuel our creative process.
Context3 is uniquely qualified for this project and for an educational client such as Hallettsville ISD. We specialize in green facilities and in advanced construction practices. We understand that quality design means being fiscally responsible in design. Our designers are also uniquely experienced to address a project’s long term goals including the quality of the lifespan of a building and ease of maintenance costs.
Unlike other architecture firms, Context3, is heavily focused on building science which provides an institutional client such as Hallettsville ISD a better bridge between their needs and their building. Our previous projects have required a high level of detail and coordination as well as highly detailed exterior construction. This exceptional technical expertise is essential to producing quality, well-crafted buildings and makes Context3 unique in its field.
1.2 Provide a statement on the availability and commitment of the respondent, its principal(s) and assigned professionals to undertake the Project.
RESPONSE:
If selected to provide professional services for Hallettsville ISD, both firm leaders at Context3 will be closely involved from pre-design through closeout. One of the unique differences of Context3 is how we dedicate ourselves to our projects.
Context3 is a dedicated group of professionals with expertise in all areas of the building process. The advantage of our firm’s size is the attention given to the client and the focus given to the project. In addition to being the client’s direct contact, the principals are also working directly on the project itself. We are invested daily in the details of the project from the start of the design process to its completion. This direct communication and personal dedication is reflected in the strength of our creative process and in the success of our projects.
We are committed to providing the best quality project for the client. We are confident in our experience, ability and resources. We carefully schedule our projects, knowing that availability and dedication are requirements for ensuring a successful project.
