Students sound out the words. / Count by 2’s to 20, 5’s to 50 and 10’s to 100. Write the numbers from 11-25. / Read a book with an adult. Talk about the characters. Which characters do you like best? Why? Write three sentences about it. / Write a letter to a friend and tell them all the things you like about them.

When they read it maybe they’ll buy one of your choices. / Write 2 sentences about a storm you remember. Draw a picture. / Look at the calendar on back of this paper and read the days of the week and count the numbers with a grown up. / Use rainbow writing and write 10 sight words you know. Then use two words to write two sentences.

Draw a picture of how you sorted them and write about it. / Look through a grocery flyer and cut out pictures of healthy foods. Write the names of each food. / If Mrs. Vargas has 3 chickens, and kindergarten gives her 6 more chickens how many does she have. Draw a picture to solve the problem. / Write 3 sentences telling what you would like to grow in your garden.
