CURRENT RESEARCH AND SCHOLARLY ACTIVITIES_____________________________

Current Research Interests

My current research interests include the intersection between human resource management and employment law. More specifically, my current work is in the psycho-legal aspects of sexual harassment and disabilities and accommodation, all with a focus on fairness to, and perceptions of, individuals within the organization.
