Radio Support Services Contract

THE CONTRACT:
This is an IDIQ contract vehicle (F11PC00161), awarded to Tribalco through the FWS Contracting Office. It is designed to provide an efficient means to procure Radio Telecommunications Support Services, Turn‐Key Solutions, and wireless communications equipment and infrastructure components. DOI entities are reminded to first check the DOI GSA BPA Radio Equipment Contract before placing equipment orders against this contract.

· Time and Materials (T&M)
contract USERs:
The contract may be utilized by all of the Department of Interior (DOI) bureaus and civilian agencies outside the DOI.
How to use the contract:
DOI Bureaus have the option to use their own internal contracting office to place task orders against the IDIQ contract
or
use the FWS contracting office (non-FWS unit task orders will incur up to a 6% fee).

PLACING AN ORDER:
Using the FWS Contracting Office
· Provide a Statement of Work (SOW)and a Government Cost Estimate to the FWS Contracting Office, Joffrey Benford at
· Non-FWS unit SOW’s will be charged a 6% fee through an Interagency Agreement.
· The FWS Contract Office will send the SOW to Tribalco for a quote
· The FWS Contract Office will issue a task order
· Once the task order is issued, send a copy to the DOI ()
Using your own bureau Contracting Office
· Provide a SOW and a Government Cost Estimate to your Contracting Office (You must provide your own COTR)
· Your Contracting Office will send the SOW to Tribalco for a quote
· You and your Contracting Office will review and approve the proposal
· Your Contracting Office will issue a task order
· Once the task order is issued, send a copy of it to the DOI () and to the FWS Contracting Office ()
