Division Updates and Recap
o Because we want to be transparent with what we do we shall include a Divisional Board Recap
o We have our meetings every week at 10PM on Thursdays if you want to join be on the lookout for a link that we will post from now on.
§ These are also our temporary office hours until our fall schedules get more finalized so if you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask
o In the past 2 months we have been extensively planning for our Fall events which include various service projects and socials every month
o We are creating the cheer database and plan on teaching a new cheer every month leading up to FTC and then DCON

o We are working towards a system for the Sunset Youtube and how often we want videos up
o There’s new photos up on the Sunset page of the CNH website!!
· Collecting Articles for July, August, and September until October 15th! Send them in early to assure your place in the Sentinel (and get it counted for MRP!)
o We also will send it to the Sunburst!
o We will now be raffling off a gift card to target for people who submit for the Summer Edition!
· Shirt voting will commence on Monday! We have amazing submissions so make sure to cast your vote this upcoming Monday
o I’ll put the shirts on the screen after the DCM
