Nav Pro
Claims Team - Europe

The Nav Pro Claims team offers a commercial and pragmatic approach to Claims with legally-qualified handlers based in London and New York. Over the past four years, Nav Pro Claims has paid out over $86 million with early and thorough analysis of each claim, careful management of vendors and a high-quality worldwide vendor panel. Recent notable claims include:

E&O – assisted and supported our insured architect in successfully defending a professional negligence claim taken all the way to trial by a former client. This involved managing the legal team closely as well as careful strategy management of settlement offers and attendance at mediation.

D&O – worked closely with an Israeli subsidiary based in USA who was investigated by US regulators, including both the provision of extensive documents but also attendance of senior directors at an enquiry. Working with US lawyers we guided the insured through the whole process.

Quotes from the industry:

“From the first, Navigators were very approachable and provided enormous support, guidance and counsel. This was our first engagement with any legal process and where we might have felt alone ina harrowing and unpleasant experience, Navigators were happy to explain, enlarge and inform our decisions at every step, offering pragmatic wisdom and insight so that the process became a collaborative one, all decisions jointly reached and the triumph happily shared.”

“We have been very happy that our brokers have been able to place our insurance with Navigators again and we would have no hesitation in recommending Navigators within our profession - or to anyone seeking commercial and competitively priced professional liability insurance that comes with such amazing support.”

“We are a service-provider, and whilst we work for NavPro, their pragmatic (but also focused and expert) approach ensures that we always work with them, and in genuine partnership, to try to achieve the best possible result, not only for them but also very much for their Insureds as well.”
