I represent a Contracting (Public or Semi-public) Authority within the meaning of Directive 2014/24/EC or Contracting Entity within the meaning of Directive 2014/25/EC, located in any EU Member State, EEA country or EU candidate or accession country.
I represent a Contracting (Public or Semi-public) Authority or Entity that has acted as a lead customer (also called early adopter or launching customer) by procuring a 'innovative' solution (not the R&D to develop it) that is newly arriving on the market but that is not yet available on large scale commercial basis due to a lack of market commitment to deploy.[1]
I represent a Contracting (Public or Semi-public) Authority or Entity that has executed the procurement process for the ‘innovative’ solution in full compliance with the Directives 2004/18/EC, 2004/18/EC, 2014/24/EC or 2014/25/EC.
I represent a Contracting (public or semi-public) Authority or Entity that has published the contract award notice of the 'innovative' solution procured in Tenders Electronic Daily for at least 3 months at the time of application.
I represent a Contracting (Public or Semi-public) Authority or Entity that has commissioned the 'innovative' solution procured for at least three months, but not longer than two years at the time of application.
I represent a Contracting (Public or Semi-public) Authority or Entity that has not participated in an earlier competition round of the Public Procurement of Innovation Award with the 'innovative' solution procured referred to in this application.[2]
