Proposals One through Two Docket No. RM2014-4

PUBLIC REPRESENTATIVE UNOPPOSED MOTION

FOR ADJUSTMENT TO PROCEDURAL SCHEDULE

(April 1, 2014)

Pursuant to Rule 39 C.F.R. §3001.21(a) the Public Representative requests that the Commission amend the procedural schedule in Docket No. RM2014-4. The Public Representative, from communication with Postal Service counsel, is authorized to represent that Postal Service does not object to this request.

The Commission in Order No. 2035[1] established April 11, 2014 and April 18, 2014 as the deadlines for comments and reply comments, respectively. The Public Representative requests that the comment deadline be set 30 days from Order No. 2035, and reply comments 45 days from Order No. 2035.

The Public Representative is filing, contemporaneously with this unopposed motion, a request that the Commission issue an information request to clarify the basis of Proposal One in the Postal Service’s filing. The Postal Service reserves the right to respond to the Public Representative’s request for an information request.

Relief from the current comment and reply comment deadlines allows time for the Postal Service to review and respond to the request for an information request, the Commission to determine the appropriate course of action, and for the Postal Service to reply to any information requests, if necessary.

The Public Representative believes the extension furthers the public interest by allowing for time to develop a complete record, and represents that the Postal Service does not object to the extension. The Public Representative respectfully requests that the Commission set the comment deadline to April 27, 2014 (the first business day following 30 days from Order No. 2035) and the reply comment deadline to May 12, 2014.

Respectfully Submitted,

/s/ Cassie D’Souza
