Procedure for Contractors Registration

PROCEDURE FOR CONTRACTORS REGISTRATION

Applications in the prescribed format are invited from financially sound contractors for registration with ITI Limited, NS Unit for Civil, Electrical and Mechanical works to be executed by us.

SCOPE:

The Registration is applicable for Civil, Electrical and Mechanical works to be executed for all type of turnkey project for entire length and breadth of India including Northeast states and Jammu and Kashmir.

Norms for Registration:

1.The contractors shall have a valid license issued by the respective State Licensing Board for executing the Civil, Electrical and Mechanical works.

2.The Contractors shall have a good financial capacity/background and shall have reference of works executed in Central/State/Public Sector undertakings/ PGCIL/ BSNL /ONGC /DOT / Railways/CPWD/ State P W D/ Reputed Private Organizations/Builders.

3.The Contractors shall have sufficient technical manpower to organize, execute & supervise the work and also shall have required tools gauges / meters/ machineries and infrastructure for the effective execution of the work.

PROCEDURE:

Eligible Contractors complying with the above norms may down load the form for Registration and approval and the filled in form shall be submitted to:

After evaluation and assessment the contractors shall be intimated regarding their registration.
