Our eReports vendor will be introducing enhanced security features with their upcoming website update on October 28, 2017.
To prepare for the changes to your registration and login experience, please review the following.
New Registration Process
If you have not already registered for eReports access to your online forms, we will be setting up user names and passwords.
If you currently have eReports access to your online forms, you will continue to use your existing user name and password to initially access your account after the website update.
Whether you are new to eReports or an existing user, upon log in after the update, you will be prompted to:
1. Answer new security questions
2. Change and confirm a new password
3. Enter either the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number or your Employee ID
NOTE: Once you are logged in, click My Account on the left to check that your account has a valid email address. Add or update the email address if it is missing or incorrect. Without a valid email address, you will not be notified of changes to your account and will not be able to use the Forgot Password feature.
