Position reports to / Manager – Muggy’s /Reportable Positions
/ NilPosition Purpose / To provide Case Management of clients within the Muggy’s Accommodation Service, including ensuring all clients are provided with; safe accommodation, on site supervision, guidance, support across all life domains and advocacy both whilst clients are in a residential care setting and in independent living. Assisting significantly at risk young people to move towards independent living and self reliance through the provision of intensively supported transitional accommodation; and to ensure that the young person’s rights are upheld at all times.
Qualifications / Qualifications in Social Work or Social Services highly desirable, but not essential. Direct experience in Residential Care and the delivery of Social Welfare Services and/or Supported Accommodation Services desirable but not essential.
