Pool Netting System Usage Form

The following data must be provided in advance of testing to allow FICC complete the necessary set-up for testing.

Upon receipt of the form, FICC will assign a testing contact to each participant. This person will be available to assist with the participant with all aspects of the testing process and will be the participant’s point of contact at FICC.

1.  Participant Information

Members must identify at least one account that will be used for testing. If multiple accounts are to be used, the user will provide the information on each. Examples are highlighted in grey below.

Any member that supports multiple systems that interface with FICC must test at least one account per system.
