Planning a Holiday
Your challenge will be to plan a holiday for you and your three friends to a specific destination.

- San Francisco
- Miami
- Los Angeles
- Orlando
- Chicago
Some of the conditions:
You will be on a budget of €10,000
Any money left over will be your spending money
Travel for 7 nights within the month of January
Convenient travel times if applicable
You must stay in a 3star hotel or better for the duration of your stay
Must plan an activity each day (activities, sightseeing etc…)

- Booking.com – book hotels
- Viator.com – trips in your destination
- Supershuttle – Hotel transfers
You will present your results in front of the class and there will be a prize for the best project. In your slideshow you must include all details of the holiday from start to finish.
- Time you leave Dungloe (bus / car?) If traveling by car you must park in the red car park so cost to park must be calculated.
- Flight time (Dublin) – Arrival time (destination) – Time difference
- Hotel transfers
- Hotel name – cost for 4 people
- Provide details of the main attractions in your destination and your daily activities. Also give the cost if there are any costs.

· Use the current exchange rate where necessary €1 = $1.12
· Use google maps to calculate the time you must leave Dungloe in order to arrive in Dublin airport red carpark on time. Provide details of journey distance (km) and time in your slideshow.
· Flight times are always longer than they actually take. Assuming the airplane will actually travel at a speed of 900km/hr, calculate the real flight time.
