Peter Rand is a Senior Vice President and Senior Banker for KeyBank Real Estate Capital and is based in New York City. In the Income Property Group, he structures, coordinates and sponsors balance sheet and off-balance sheet loans. The types of loans include bridge, interim, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, CMBS, life and construction. The real estate group focuses on the investor/owner platform. KeyBank has approximately $93 Billion in assets and provides a wide range of retail and corporate banking to individual, corporate and institutional clients.

Prior to his work at KeyBank, Mr. Rand was at Landauer Real Estate Counselors in financing, real estate counseling and appraisal capacities. Landauer had a national focus on all property types of institutional quality. He has over 20 years of experience actively working with commercial real estate.

Mr. Rand is a graduate of Rutgers with a degree in Business Administration. He has a Master of Science in Real Estate from New York University. He is a lifelong New Jersey resident.
