Paid Internship (6 months)

An opportunity to acquire skills and experience with a charity which challenges investment and business practices that are negligent to people and environment.

Job title: Paid Intern

The position is based in ShareAction’s office near London Bridge. The preferred start date for the job is: 1st June 2016 or soon after

Pay: £9.40/hour (London Living Wage)

Hours: 35 hours per week (5 days)

Closing date: midnight 25th May 2016 but we will review applications as they arrive

Interview date: 26th and 27th May 2016

ShareAction seeks to harness the shareholder power of large investors to target corporations on their environmental and human rights impacts. The massive sums at the disposal of investors such as pension funds means that they can use their shareholder influence to (for example) reduce greenhouse gas emissions or secure better pay and working conditions for workers – but many are failing to do so. ShareAction is changing this.
