1. The goal of this competition is to facilitate a fair and spirited event with the understanding that many programs are just firing-up their drill teams. Cadets may still be in the “developmental” stage during the first semester; therefore, the drill cards will focus exclusively on regulation drill (no plt / sqd exhibition). Please contact SgtMaj Shirreffs for specifics regarding the performance of drill….
2. The event(s) will be held in the Pacific High School gymnasiums and our adjacent lower-level shooting range on Saturday, October 25th, 2014. A commanders’ brief will be held at 0800 to discuss any last minute changes, etc. and then the events will begin immediately thereafter…attendance at this brief IS NOT mandatory; however you are responsible for securing pertinent information prior to the conduct of drill. In order to keep within the intent of this competition, schools will be limited to ONE TEAM ONLY for each event EXCEPT MARKSMANSHIP (maximum two teams).
3. The Pacific HS JROTC Booster Club will provide CHOW at a very nominal price throughout the day. The menu will include items such as burgers, hotdogs, chips, pizza, fresh baked goods, and a variety of drinks and other snacks. Chow will be ready for consumption NLT 0930.
4. Forward your concerns / questions to CWO Cain or SgtMaj Shirreffs . Our office phone number is (636) 271-1414 extension 2027.
