Outcome 1: All Summer Programs

Students will demonstrate knowledge of content area.
Assessment Method – What measurements will you use to determine if you are meeting your outcome? / Criterion – What does success look like? (X% attained goal, average score of X out of Y, X% complete by deadline, etc)
1. End of Program Assessment / 100% of students will demonstrate a basic-level understanding of the program content area.
2. End of Program Assessment / 70% of students will demonstrate an intermediate-level understanding of the program content area.
3. End of Program Assessment / 40% of students will demonstrate an advanced-level understanding of the program content area.

Outcome 2: Enrichment Programs

2. End of Program Assessment / 70% of students will demonstrate an understanding of how these career paths lead to leadership and service opportunities.

Outcome 3: Recruitment Programs

Students will express interest in attending Xavier as an undergraduate.

1. End of Program Survey / 70% of students will agree that they are likely to apply to Xavier in the future.
2.Applications / At least 50 applicants per year will be former summer program students.

Outcome 4: Retention Programs

1.End of Program Survey / 90% of students will agree that they are likely to remain enrolled at Xavier.
2.Retention Rates / Retention rates for Summer Program attendees will meet/exceed university retention rates.
