Call for Presenters
The Ontario Healthy Schools Coalition invites those interested in presenting at the 2018 Conference to submit a proposal to the planning committee by October 16th 2017.
The theme for this year’s conference will be creating conditions for healthy school learning environments, this may include but is not limited to:
· Staff wellbeing
· Student voice
· Resiliency
· Parent engagement
· Equity
Preference will be given to presenters with demonstrated effective partnerships and measurable outcomes.

· Presenters are encouraged to register as conference delegates. One complimentary registration is included.
· All presentation sessions are 60 minutes in length including a 10 minute Q&A.

By submitting the Call for Presenters form, you confirm the following:
· I have read the Call for Presenters form. The information I am submitting accurately describes my status and responsibilities as a conference presenter.
· I will provide conference organizers with an electronic copy of my presentation and other supporting documents one week prior to the start of the conference. These files will be shared with all conference participants via the conference website.
· I understand that should any circumstances arise prior to the conference dates, preventing me from delivering my workshop, I will immediately contact the conference organizers.
· I understand that I will move out of my workshop space quickly at the end of my session, as other presenters may be moving into this location.
· I understand that my workshop may be cancelled due to lack of registrants.
· I understand that sales not are allowed during my workshop. If I intend to sell any products, I will apply for a conference Display/Exhibit Booth.
