Payment and time sheet information.

St James Hospital’s, Dublin. Shifts get paid fromSt James'ssigning in sheet only(shifts properly signed inonly will be paid. People must be signed in and signed out).

Every shift in St. James has a Reference Number. This reference number will be given to you at the time of your booking. Please ensure you write this down as you must enter it when signing in and out of your shift.

Their shifts are paid two weeks later directly into bank accounts.

Apart from the above Clients all time sheets thatwere received before 21:30 Monday evening will be paid that week .You will receive your payslip on Friday via email. Please ensure you have your pin in order to retrieve your payslip. If you do not have your pin, please email and it will be emailed out to you. Time sheets received after 21:30 Monday evening will be automatically put into next week’s payroll.

Receipt of time sheets will not be verified sorry. You can submit your timesheets either by scanning and emailing, by post or you can take a picture with your mobile phone, which can then be emailed to the accounts department. Emailing timesheets is the most reliable route. If you are taking a photo of your timesheet, please send it to yourself first to make sure it is legible and then forward to .

If you are going to fax them ensure they are turned the correct way and that who ever is operating it knows what they are doing (unclear time sheets can not be paid).

Payroll queries will only be dealt with by email. Otherwise, you can post your query to Carers Accounts, Nurse On Call, 16 Harcourt Street, Dublin 2.

When filling out your timesheet, please ensure the following;

Please fill out your time sheet clearly and distinctly.

Please include the name and location of the client (i.e. there are 40 St Mary's Hospitals)

Please ensure the time sheet is signed (with their name printed beside the signature) by the person in charge.

Breaks are automatically deducted and must be taken.

Payment problems only arise when people fail to follow the instructions. Time sheets incorrectly or unclearly filled out will be discarded and not paid.

Timesheets can be downloaded from the Nurse on Call and NHSS websites, and you can print all your details as then they can be easily read. All the new time sheets will include breaks and rates.
