Holiday Showcase Packet
Congratulations on being chosen to be dancing in
NYPAC’s 4th Annual Holiday Showcase! This special show was created by studio owners, Miss Jackie & Miss Cyara, in order to give some of our recreational & competition dance classes an opportunity to perform in a fun, relaxed, Holiday Show. This packet will give you any information you need regarding ticket sales, costumes, hair, makeup, DVD’s & more!
WHEN: Sunday, December 4th at 1pm
WASHINGTONVILLE HIGH SCHOOL AUDITORIUM.
(this show will be approximately 1.5 hour long)
**ALL DANCERS ARE TO BE DRESSED IN FULL HAIR & MAKEUP AND IN THE CAFETERIA DRESSING ROOM BY 12:30pm
TICKETS: All tickets are $15.00 per person and can be purchased by using our ticket order form located in this packet. Ticket order forms can be dropped off at the studio starting November 11th, and will be chosen in the order in which we receive them.
(Any dance families who are participating in The Holiday Showcase AND The Nutcracker will be receiving 2 Free Tickets to the Holiday Showcase. If you need extra tickets for the Showcase, you can purchase them on the order form.)
*DVD ORDERS, Pearl Productions, out of Long Island, will be recording our shows this year. They are a very reputable DVD company in the tri-state area and we are able to offer the DVD’s at a lower price then past years. Please fill out the form in this packet to order this great memory for your dancer!
COSTUMES:
Some classes will purchase costumes for this show, which will be re-used again in our spring recital. Not all class costumes will be here in time, so we will be “making” costumes from common clothing you have at home. Please see the following pages for your specific class costume info.
