Coat Check & Valet: Included with the event package.

Dining Room: Round tables of 8, 10 & 12 are available. If you wish, a head dais can be set up accordingly.

Tableware: The color of the club’s linen is white. At an additional cost we can rent almost any color type of linen, lace or overlay that you may wish.

Florist, Music The club can provide recommendations or you are free

Photographers to select your own. We do ask that any outside vendors

contact us directly for instructions on how to enter the building and coordination of delivery etc.

Menu’s and Selection of menus are necessary two months in advance

Guarantees of your event. The Final Guaranteed guest count is required one week prior to your function. This number will become the minimum number for which you will be charged.

Ceremonies: Private ceremonies can be preformed on site. A $300.00 fee is charged for the set-up, staffing and break-down of ceremony area.

Overtime: Overtime charges are based on a per person count for any portion after 5 hours at the rate of $16.00 per person per hour.

Wedding Cake: Cakes are not included, but can be custom designed and purchased through the NYAC.

Musicians/D.J. & Entrées are available for the band, D.J. members, or

Photographer photographer and Video at $40.00 Per Person.

Meals:

A 25% Deposit (non- refundable) is required to reserve the date.

75% of the estimated balance is due 30 days prior to the event
