Convention – Golden Nugget – June 23rd and 24th, 2017
Dear Supporter:
We will be holding our annual Convention this year at the Golden Nugget Hotel in Atlantic City, on June 23rd and 24th. We have a limited number of Sponsor tables available for Friday the 23rd and Saturday the 24th. The cost for a sponsor table is $1195.00 for the 2 days, including the table, a ½ page ad (5” X 8”) in our Convention Agenda and Ad Book (a $200.00 value), a complimentary set of tickets for one person (a $250.00 value) to our buffet dinner on Friday night and our annual dinner/dance Saturday night, complete with cocktail hour, open bar and entertainment. So, consider being a sponsor and joining us for a great time. This is an excellent opportunity to socialize with your present and perhaps future customers. This year, we also have sponsorship of the Hospitality Room for either Friday or Saturday. Sponsors for each day will receive 1 free set of dinner tickets and a ½ page ad. The cost for this is $1,000.00 per day. We also have an opening to sponsor our Friday and Saturday morning breakfast. The cost for this is $1,500.00 per day, which includes a full page ad in our Convention Book.
If you are interested in staying at the Golden Nugget for this Convention, we have arranged some great rates. All three nights (Thursday, Friday and Saturday) for $437.00 + taxes +fees. These rates are only good until June 7, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. or our block runs out. If you have a problem, please call us. Additional dinner tickets for table sponsors are available a discounted price.
