Professional Summary

Mr. Duryea is the founder of the information technology (IT) strategy and consulting firm Endeavor3 LLC. The firm is dedicated to helping organizations of all sizes attain profitable technology. The firm provides service through the experience and expertise of its senior IT management and functional consultants that have hands on implementation experience.

Mr. Duryea has been an active and an influential IT professional for over twenty-two years. He has extensive experience in all levels of IT implementation initiatives. Mr. Duryea’s experience includes having successfully performed all implementation roles from programmer/analyst, project manager, engagement manager to vice president. He has successfully innovated and impacted IT development, consulting and management. Mr. Duryea has performed and has direct experience in over thirty-six IT projects including twenty ERP implementations. He has had direct management or advisory responsibility for over eighteen IT projects across sixteen industries including thirteen ERP implementations.

Over the past fourteen years, Mr. Duryea has been engaged in IT consulting where he has started and grown three IT consulting business practices. Mr. Duryea has invented, developed and instituted three innovative implementation methodologies for custom and ERP projects. His extensive experience includes reviewing, recommending and implementing all major Tier-1 application packages, including finance, manufacturing, sales, service, CRM, supply chain, distribution, business analysis, as well as custom and software integration. Mr. Duryea has direct experience with nearly all the major software vendors and/or their products including Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, J.D. Edwards, Siebel, Lawson, Microsoft and IBM. He also has experience working with both regional and international management consulting firms and implementation providers, including the former Andersen Consulting, Ernst & Young, and McKinsey & Company.

Mr. Duryea’s implementation experience includes multiple enterprise-wide, multi-company, multi-vendor implementations. These include one of the first major SAP implementations in North America as well as implementations at fortune 10 companies.

Mr. Duryea has been featured in the prominent information technology periodicals InfoWorld and Computerworld. Mr. Duryea has been a speaker at major and national information technology conferences. He has published articles in the area of advanced technology practices and holds a Patent from the United States Patent Office. Mr. Duryea also holds a BBA in Business Administration and Computer Science and a Masters degree in Business Administration focused in systemic approaches to management.
