Mr Crump is looking to set up a new fast food business. He is a big fan of greasy chicken wings and thinks that there is a market to sell greasy chicken wings in Brentwood after reading an article about the popularity of them in America.

He has saved up a little bit of money, about £5,000 to start his business and doesn’t think market research is needed as his idea will surely work. His friend Mr Smith keeps informing him that he really should conduct some market research before opening his business.
