Below is a summary of what was discussed at the meeting.
Corporate Sponsorship
A big THANK YOU for all the great legwork, connections and brainstorming about corporate sponsors. Having you as committee members is KEY to reaching the local support - we can’t do this without you.
We are on our way there with currently $110,500 confirmed from the following companies: Sonoma-Cutrer, Club Cutrer, Weil, Magento, PG&E, CNA, Comcast, Moss Adams, Young’s Market, BuckleySandler, Brown Forman and Pure Luxury. I am excited to announce that Kaiser Santa Rosa is interested in supporting the event as well, and we are currently determining sponsorship level. We are also still working on Spinal Elements, Rolls Royce, PayPal, Stompers/Sonoma Brands, Chevoo and Biaggi Bros. And although the invitation deadline has passed there are still LOTS of ways to get recognition for the event – so please keep asking J

Gourmet Tasting
We are all set on wineries – thank you for everyone’s hard work! We are looking for about 5-6 more “hearty” restaurants to bring 800 bites (or 400 of 800 is too overwhelming) to the tasting. Please take a look at the confirmed and solicitation list and see if there is anyone you can follow up with or add to the list.

Auction
Thank you for all your help securing fabulous auction items and experiences!
Friendly reminder that the silent auction deadline is Friday, May 5th
Auction needs:
· Winery guest home stays, vacation homes and/or hotel stays for 2-3 nights
· Wine: verticals, reserve, high-value, reserve bottles & large formats
· Dining experiences (ex: whiskey pairing dinner, family-style meal)
· Spa certificates (ex: massages, facials, combo packages)
· Wine tasting experiences (ex: lunch with the winemaker, private tastings, blind tasting experience)
· Items for the men (ex: high-end whiskey, golf clubs, drones)
· Sports tickets: Giants, A’s, Raiders (Warriors & Sharks will be in playoffs)
Friendly reminder: Our guests love to bid on wine! Large formats, library vintages, verticals and reserve wines sell best. I think we have room to grow in soliciting wine from Sonoma & Napa, in addition to our long-term partners in Sonoma County. We’d also love to expand our relationships with wineries to offer higher caliber packages, such as stays at winery guest houses or hosted dinners with wine pairings.
