1. We will be making pictures of different habitats and the animals that live there.
2. Make a parrot from the Rainforest

POEM: A Habitat
A habitat is a place to live. A habitat is a place that gives.
A habitat is a special home to plants and animals – their very own.

2. Where does a deer live? A lion? A monkey? A lizard? A whale?
3. What is your favorite zoo animal?

5. What does an animal need to survive?
MOMENT OF MOVEMENT:
Underhand Air Toss: a) extend throwing arm backwards by your hip with palm facing forward; b) move straight arm forwards in one motion with open palm pointing out in front of you
Catching Air: a) place arms in “ready” position (arms straight out in front of body, palms up); b) scoop up the air and hug it into your body
GROSS MOTOR:
