The meeting was called to order at 10:10 AM by Strata Manager, Sharron Billey

MOTION TO APPROVE THE COUNCIL MINUTES OF September 17, 2007 as circulated. Seconded. Carried.

REPORTS:

SECURITY REPORT:

There have been no unusual reports in security.

FINANCIAL STATEMENTS:

Operating Funds Balance at September 30, 2007 $4,777.58; Contingency Reserve Fund Balance at August 31st, 2007 $15,690.11.

Motion to accept the unaudited Trial Balance as presented. Seconded. Carried.

OLD BUSINESS:

Report on Fireman access:

Motion to take no further action without a written request from the owner of the unit.

Seconded. Carried.

NEW BUSINESS:

DATE FOR AGM:

The date for the AGM has been moved to November 25, 2007 at 1:00 PM at the ABC Restaurant.

The Rules and Bylaws will be discussed at the AGM.

Attached is a letter of apology from Judge Hugh C. Stansfield regarding the reference to Victoria Villa in the Daily Townsman.

Received for information.

A report from WCB giving an update on a past claim was read and received for information.

NOTE: There will be an election at the AGM. Please think about running for Council – we need 3 – 7 owners to have a legal, effective council.

The 2007 AGM, Sunday, November 25, 2007, at 1:00 PM, downstairs in the ABC Family Restaurant.

Motion to adjourn at 11:00 AM. Carried.
