2. Overall Learning Objectives/Participant Outcomes
What are participants accountable to know and be able to do at the conclusion of activity?
How will participants be asked to apply the knowledge?
3. Agenda with Time Schedule, Presenter(s), & Session Description(s)
NOTE: If the program or marketing materials for your activity include the following information, you may attach it as your agenda.
A.  Include the beginning and ending times for each instructional activity/session.
One credit is awarded for every 15 hours of direct instructional time. Time for meals, breaks, exhibits, and any other non-instructional activities should not be included.
B.  Outline/describe the topics and content areas covered in each instructional activity/session.
C.  If your activity has multiple speakers, list the presenters for each instructional activity/session and their educational credentials.
Presenters are strongly encouraged to possess master’s degrees or higher, but bachelor’s degrees may be accepted based on level of experience, accomplishments, and subject matter expertise. For multi-speaker activities, 75% of the total instructional time must be provided by presenters with master’s degrees or higher.
4. Evaluation Plan Criteria
The evaluation plan for determining the participant’s grade must be submitted as part of your syllabus. The evaluation plan may be formatted in a number of ways, but it must include how you will:
A.  Verify participant attendance at all instructional activities/sessions required for the credit. You may use session sign-in sheets, session summaries, or other methods that document participation in at least 15 hours of instructional activities.
B.  Determine if the learning objectives/student outcomes have been successfully met. An assignment, such as a lesson plan, summary paper, or group project/paper, should demonstrate each participant’s ability to apply the concepts/knowledge learned at the activity to their own teaching/work situations.
