The topics of discussion will cover physician knowledge, competence and performance / 6
Objectives:
At the conclusion of this activity, the participant should be able to:
1. To improve general anesthesiologists’ competence in treating the patients with postpartum hemorrhage,
post dural puncture headache and neurologist disease.
2. To improve general anesthesiologists’ performance in treating the patients with pre-eclampsia, in performing neonatal resuscitation, and in treating the pregnant patient with cardiac disease.
3. To improve patient outcomes by increasing physician knowledge in the area of obstetric anesthesiology, specifically in dealing with patients with PDPH, eclampsia/pre-emclampsia, cardiac disease for pregnancy and obstetrics hemorrhage.
