Subject: Insurance for people and businesses planning to sell food at the Common Ground Country Fair
Once again, Kyes, Philbrick, Finley & Mullen Insurance company is offering a group insurance policy to Common Ground Country Fair food vendors. Those of you who do not already have coverage may want to consider their Fair weekend policy. An initial application form for this coverage is below. If you are interested in this coverage, please fill out this form and send it to Kyes, Philbrick, Finley & Mullen. Pauline Baker or Andrea Carrier will be the contact person at the insurance agency, and will send the necessary information to you directly.
Please be sure to send proof of your insurance coverage to the Common Ground Country Fair office.

The undersigned affirms that he or she is a member of an unincorporated association of food vendors participating in the Common Ground Country Fair, and that he or she, in exchange for the use of the “Common Ground Country Fair” trade name, hereby releases the Maine Organic Farmers and Gardeners Association (MOFGA) from any and all liability associated with his or her food vending operation and use of the “Common Ground Country Fair” trade name.
